Tighter --- MEGA-XL Silly Shell
My new MEGA XL darts slipped out of the original shells when I held them upside down.
Since the standard Mega XL shell was too loose for my darts (brand-new original Nerf MEGA-XL Darts) I built a narrower one.
(Apparently there are relatively strong deviations in foam with the Mega XL Darts)
I reduced the inner diameter from 30.6mm to 29.9mm with flat and smooth inner barrel walls without retaining “ribs”.
This way, my MEGA XL darts sit securely in the shell, and the FPS is also significantly improved.

The file is already pre-oriented.
Print settings (the same settings as for the other Silly Shells):
0,2mm layer height
at least 5 walls
20% gyroid infill
at least 7 top and bottom shell layers
NO supports needed
Sillybutts recommends 100% infill for the first 13mm of the Silly Shells.
As with all printed barrels, it is always a very good idea to sand the inside of the barrels to smooth it out a bit.
