I have been working on this fan for a while, and now I am at the point where I think it's ready to be shared. I tried my hardest to make this design as clean as possible with no exposed hardware and I am pretty happy with the results.
Assembly is pretty straight forward (you will need to cut the aluminum tubing) and the rear fascia simply snaps in to place! See images for how it goes together.
You also can change the orientation of the fan by simply changing which direction you mount the fans, so you have two different design options essentially.
