Full Funwheel x7 Fender with a removable top. The Funwheel x7 has an asymmetrical rail making it hard to fit a normal fender on top or print a full fender in one piece so I designed a 3d printable Fender, printed in parts, with a slant on both models to account for the asymmetrical rail shape. The Fender uses m3*8 heat set inserts with M3*D5*L4 screws. there is a mudguard included in this model as well modified from CODED to fit the x7 box.
You only need the stl files to print and assemble, but I included the fusion file as well( I am still new to CAD so please don't judge my rough CAD to harshly lol)
I printed with:
Flashforge ASA
30% cubic infill
5 walls and 4 lower and top layers.
I unfortunately don't remember the hole compensation, but I recommend slicing small portions of this print to test whether the screw and heat set insert can fit in the hole since both hole compensation and screw side might vary slightly.
Note: the heat set insert itself should not fit in the hole, only the thinner lower part below the ridged threaded area. You should need a soldering iron to set these.
