IKEA Journalist shelf connection pegs. I couldn't find these things anywhere online and opted to just copy them. the original version is close to 1:1 copy as I could get. Tried it on a few shelfs and the fit was good.
The rev2 version has slightly more space for a bigger screw, had to work with what I could get and couldn't get a equal screw locally. I think it's a M5x12 DIN965 screwhead for the original system but I am not 100% sure. the M5 screws I found fit perfectly.
Printed on a Core One in eSun PLA+. Infill changed to 30% but I would recommend playing a bit with the orientation and materials as required. So far only used for the smallest type of shelf with minimal loading. PETG or ABS is more suitable for the bigger shelfs. The printed material needs to transfer the loads to the screws so keep that in mind.
Currently also working on duplicating the inset in the wooden shelfs so that I can fabricate shelfs as I see fit.
