mATX case

I have designed this and ran it as a server for a year.

Print at your own risk, there is not much flexible space for a variety of different GPU. It was printed in PLA but for high powered components i do not recommend it. I highly recommend you fiddle with the CAD and pre-test fitment. There is a major flaw with the PSU mount, it is very difficult to install the PSU and there is no case fan. In my application that was simply not needed and the PLA did not warp but your mileage may vary. 

Print the 4 main parts in the orientation depicted below. This ensures any gantry skew you might have is aligned on all parts and makes them fit together. This is available as a 3mf file with all infill properties set.

The case uses:

• 3x30mm steel pins

• voron style M3 heat inserts

• M3 machine screws (please count from CAD)

• 27/33mm O-ring

Compatible with

• SFX PSU

• some mATX Motherboards (attention, mine is shorter)

• GTX1070 ti blower style

During the design process, I was inspired by existing PC case designs, particularly the sloped vent holes and side panel latches. However they are inependently and uniquely implemented here. The case inner layout is primarily designed to fit my hardware and use case as well as a different aesthetic. I followed ATX specifications as close as i could find original dimensions for it.
