I’ve redesigned this build to use 9mm belts, and lower the x-gantry. So you will loose about 10mm in the build hight.
But now you will be allowed to use other stepper motors with shaft in 22mm lenght and the original idlers with modifieded spacers.
Another benefit is, you can use the whole buildplate of the ender 6
For my conversion of my Ender 6 I used the x-carriage from covertpluto3502
Note:
Make shure your Printer ist adjusted well, the tolerances are very thight! (0,1mm)
Ive used ABSx from Nobofil for this print.
Nozzletemp: 260 C
Heatbed: 100 C
Layerhight: 0,2 mm
wall loops: 3-4
bottom shell layers: 4
top shell layers: 5
infill: gyroid 15%
