This is my updated version of the Underbody Deflector for the C8 Corvettes. Set the infill to 75% to 80% for stiffer ears and used tree supports.
Removed the cross section and fins to allow more air flow. Hope this helps some of you.
Printed with AD5M PETG. Approx 9 hrs to print each side.
Photos show comparison to Amazon purchased aluminum deflector. The mounting tabs on the aluminum deflectors need to be adjusted for correct fit.
