A set of fan covers designed for the Phanteks M25G2, made to match the pump fan cover on the Glacier One M25G2 AIO. The covers make use of the fans’ mounting holes, so they are compatible only with these fans and will not work with others.
For best results, I recommend printing the frames using the finest layer height preset. The mesh parts are a bit challenging to print, so I highly recommend printing the first layer very slowly and making sure your print bed is as flat as possible. Once printed, you should warm the mesh parts (either using the printer bed itself or a hairdryer) and bend the edges with a metal ruler so the mesh fits neatly into the frame, then glue the parts together.
The hooks are printed separately and also need to be glued in place. They fit snugly into the bottom holes -be sure to double-check their orientation before gluing.
I prepared multiple variants in two sizes.
120 mm covers can be printed with or without the Phanteks logo, and there are also versions with rotated hook holes.
360 mm covers can be printed with, without, or with an upside-down logo intended for top-mounted fans. I also included small alignment pins to make assembly a bit easier.
