No-Mess Cable Clip - Cable Holder

No-Mess Cable Clip is a simple desk edge, or wall, cable holder designed to keep your cable accessible without cluttering your workspace.
It sticks to the edge of your desk using double-sided tape. A small hinge lets you open the clip, place the cable inside, and close it easily.
The rotating part is held in place with two small magnets, providing a secure yet smooth snap closure.
Perfect for charging cables, USB cables, headphones, or any cable you want to keep handy without leaving it on the desk.
Clean desk, easy access, no mess.

Available in 4 diameters: Ø3.5mm, Ø5.5mm, Ø7mm, and Ø10mm

No-Mess Cable Clip is printed directly in one piece, so there is nothing to assemble (print-in-place) apart from the magnets.

Although it requires a bit more modeling work than a simple hinge, its design allows it to be printed directly in a vertical orientation while preserving the flexibility and strength one would expect.
To date, it is, in my opinion, the only on-site printed hinge that is both truly functional and pleasant to use.

How to print it
1 - If you wish to print without using the 3MF file, from your slicer, select the two parts you want (for example, "Clip - Part 1-1 - Ø3.5mm" and "Clip - Part 2-1 - Ø3.5mm") and import them as a single object 

2 - Rotate the clip to the correct side,

BOM (Bill of Materials)
- Good quality double-sided adhesive tape to attach the clip where it needs to go
- 2 magnets, Ø4×1.5mm / clip (magnets are never really 1.5mm deep, but often 1.4mm or 1.30mm)
- Cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) to attach the magnets to the clip
