This case was designed to house the controls for an Adjustable Z‑Axis Table for my Creality Falcon 2 laser etcher (see: Creality Falcon 2 Adjustable Z-Axis Table). The enclosure is built to manage one stepper motor, four limit switches, and four USB‑A relay‑controlled power ports.
At the core of the system is an ESP32 module, which hosts a web‑based interface for configuring and controlling the motor and relay outputs. It can also connect to your home network, provided the correct credentials are supplied. In addition, an OLED display shows connection information and the current status of active processes.
The source code is still a work in progress, but the project is currently hosted on GitHub. ESP-32_Laser-Riser-Control

Builder Notes:
The OLED display for this project is secured to the DisplayClip.stl using nylon thread, with built‑in grooves that help keep the thread tight against the clip. After wrapping the thread several times, apply a small amount of CA glue to lock the display firmly in place.
Before soldering the prototype board, mount it to the JTS_Plate.stl. This helps align the JTS connectors and ensures the connectors are positioned accurately during assembly.
