Bosch dishwasher top mounting bracket

Since my dishwasher didn't come with any type of top mounting bracket, only with options for side mounting ( which is unfortunate because one of my side are ceramic tiles, and I don't want to drill them ), I needed something to firmly mount my dishwasher to the top counter.

There is not much options for a simple adapter, so I designed something that will cover that spherical cap and snap on in position. You need to screw a simple plate on that adapter ( it's 3mm thicknes so should be pretty stable ), I used M3 heat insert for the holes, but you could probably get away with 4.5mm thread ( self tapping ) and 10mm length.

After positioning dishwasher under the countertop ( of course, not a granite one ), adjust the height of the device, and make sure you don't press mounting plate too much so it doesn't interfere with door opening ( 5mm between countertop and door is good ).

Material wise, PLA is out of the question because of the heat. You could probaby get away with PETG, but I would recommend ABS/ASA. Just make sure it's a stable material considering temperatures and weather ( humidity ).
