Mountable ECAS Combiner Y-Splitter
This is a high-performance filament Y-splitter/combiner designed specifically for smooth transitions and reliable multi-material feeding. After struggling to find a splitter with a truly seamless internal filament path, I designed this version to ensure there are no snags or friction points when switching filaments.
Key Features
Smooth Transition: Features a multi-diameter internal path designed to guide the filament perfectly into the exit Bowden tube.
ECAS Support: Uses three standard ECAS pneumatic fittings.
Versatile Use: Ideal for Box turtle, HTLF, Vivid, MMU3, VzBoT, Voron, ERCF/Rabbit Carrot Feeder or any printer setup requiring multiple filament paths to a single tool head.

3x ECAS Fittings (Available on Amazon or 3D printing specialty stores).
1x M4x12
1x Hammerhead or Roll-In Tnut
Recommended Print Settings
To ensure the ECAS fittings press-fit correctly and the internal paths remain clear, please follow these guidelines:
Orientation: Print standing up on the dual-outlet side (the side with two holes).
Walls: 4 perimeters/walls.
Top/Bottom Layers: 4 layers.
Infill: 40% (Grid or Gyroid recommended for strength).
Material: ABS or ASA (standard Voron specs).
Scaling/Shrinkage: Use a default filament profile with no shrinkage compensation (100% scale) to ensure the ECAS fitting sockets maintain the correct tolerances for a tight fit.
