MotionDetect Corner Adapter + MotionCam Outdoor 45° Wall Mount
🧩 Overview
This upload contains three custom mount adapters designed for Ajax Systems detectors:
1 MotionDetect Corner Adapter
Angled corner bracket for installing MotionDetect units neatly in a room corner.
Fully parametric OpenSCAD model
Clean geometry for easy printing
Designed for stable corner placement
Important:
This model is a fork / adaptation of parametric_corner_bracket.
2 MotionCam Outdoor 36mm Tubular Mount
Mount for installing MotionCam Outdoor units neatly on a 36mm diameter tube.
3 x M4 Hex screws are used
Important:
This model is a fork / adaptation of Street Lamp Pole Mount.
3 MotionCam Outdoor – 45° Wall Mount
Rectangular mounting plate for 45° angled outdoor installation of MotionCam Outdoor.
Two variants are provided:
Left-edge version → Detector aims right
Right-edge version → Detector aims left
Ideal for:
Side walls
Facades
Entrance coverage
Optimizing detection angle

Files are intended for both modification and direct printing.
🖨 Recommended Print Settings
For best mechanical strength and outdoor durability:
Material: PETG
Infill: ~25%
Perimeters: 3+ recommended
Supports: Usually not required
Layer height: 0.2 mm works well
PETG provides better flexibility and UV resistance than PLA.

Designed around common metric hardware:
Screws: M5
Heat-set inserts: Ruthex-style M5
Diameter: Ø6.4 mm
Length: 12 mm
🛠 Customization
All dimensions are parametric.
To adapt:
Plate thickness
Hole spacing
Insert depth
Angles / offsets
Simply edit the parameters inside the .scad files.
