IKEA KNODD TRASH BAG ADAPTER
I have an IKEA KNODD trashcan at home and in general I like it. But if you are out of trash bags and the only one's still available are smaller than the 60L bags needed for KNODD you were out of luck doing it.
Until now... because I just designed an adapter for smaller trash bags (40L instead of 60L) which fits into the bin and still allows to close the bin completely.
KNODD SPECS
This adapter is designed for KNODD models which have an inner diameter of 38 cm at the top and 30 cm at the bottom of the bin with a height of 44 cm. It might be that IKEA changes these formats in the future, so check this before printing (and maybe wasting filament).
RECOMMENDATIONS
Check your printers' bed levelling before starting the print, this print will need space on the plate
Use some BRIM to stabilize the print properly if your filament tends to warp
This model is a valid check for your printer bed because it will be using a near full circle of the bed
WHY THIS ADAPTER?

To me it was important to always have a tightly closed lid. That's why I would not use the clips. The adapter allows to completely close the lid because it is sitting within the bin against the inner walls.
