HSW Hot Wheels System – Mainline Display

Overview

Display and organize your Hot Wheels Mainline collection in its original blister packaging with a modular and expandable wall-mounted system.

The HSW Hot Wheels Display System uses separate rails and connectors, allowing the display length to be adapted to your collection instead of being limited to a fixed number of cars.

The system can be mounted directly to a wall or integrated into an HSW (Honeycomb Storage Wall) using the included adapter.

Modular Rail System

The display is built around a reusable rail structure rather than a fixed-size holder.

Additional rail sections and connectors can be added as your collection grows, making it possible to build anything from a small display to a larger collector wall.

Mainline Configuration

The standard components are designed around regular Hot Wheels Mainline blister packs.

The modular connectors hold the left and right rails together while maintaining the correct spacing for the packaging.

Expandable Design

The system supports different connector configurations depending on the required display length.

Use the single connector for smaller configurations or expansion connectors to extend the display with additional sections.

This allows the system to grow together with your collection without replacing the existing display.

Mounting Options

Direct Mounting

The rails can be mounted directly to:

• Walls

• Wooden panels

• Display boards

• Other suitable surfaces

HSW Integration

A compatible HSW Hex Adapter is included with this model.

This allows the display system to be integrated directly into a Honeycomb Storage Wall without requiring a separate adapter download.

The adapter uses an M3 nut and screw for a secure connection between the display system and the HSW wall.

Hardware

The system is designed for M3 countersunk / flat-head screws for a clean and flush installation.

• Screw type: M3 countersunk

• Recommended length: 8–12 mm depending on the mounting configuration

• HSW adapter: M3 nut + screw

System Extensions

The Mainline Display forms the base of the modular HSW Hot Wheels display system.

Compatible extensions include:

• Premium Display Upgrade – adapts the existing rail system for wider Hot Wheels Premium blister packs

• Logo Add-On – adds a decorative Hot Wheels-style topper

• Mainline Topper Module Pack – interchangeable topper options for customizing the display

This allows the same basic system to be adapted to different packaging formats and display styles.

Printing Recommendations

• Material: PLA or PETG

• Layer height: 0.20 mm

• Infill: 15–25%

• Supports: Required for some parts

• Orientation: Print flat for best strength

PETG is recommended when additional durability is required.

Compatibility

Designed primarily for standard Hot Wheels Mainline blister packaging.

Packaging dimensions can vary slightly between different series and releases, so fit may vary with unusual or special-edition card formats.
