As the title says this is another cover for the Snapmaker U1.
This version is for everyone who wants to use the FÖRNUFTIG Air Filter from IKEA.
I have designed it so it can be printed on the usual 256x256 mm bed size.
Heat inserts for M3 and Socket Head Cap Screws M3x8 and M3x5 are necessary.
The parts can in addition be glued together. For better alignment pins diameter 5 mm are used. But it is also possible to print your own dowels (not included in the print parts). Suggested length 20mm.
For the windows I have attached sketches which the dimensions from the CAD model. I suggest to cute them 1 - 2 mm smaller all around for better fitment.
Also I have uploaded an pdf file with the 3d modeling embedded, where you can make parts invisible. This should help with the assembly.
It is designed for 4 mm acrylics, because that is what's easy available in the hardware stores in my location. The dimensions for acrylics can be seen on the pictures.
