This is an original design mounting bracket base for an Arlec branded Powerboard. It is intended to be used with modifier shapes via your slicer so that you can mount it as you like.
For my own use, as I have a multiboard grid (now multibuild), using Prusaslicer, I merged and aligned the model for the 9mm small thread with the base, and now I can mount my powerboards to my multiboard wall.
By the same token, you can add shapes in PrusaSlicer to make holes in the model if you want to attach the mount to something directly with screws (assuming you don't want to use the inbuilt keyhole mounting points on the powerboard).
The model I used to merge with the base is from thangs.com via the multiboard parts library.
Print it with the same settings as used for multiboard:
3 vertical shell perimeters, 0.20mm structural, 15% infill. The base does not require supports or brim, but depending on modifications, you may require supports.
I used gyroid infill, but you do you.
