This is my first model, so here goes...

This Jig uses a trim router bit (with bearings) to follow the inside of the hexagonal opening for a perfect cut in the plastic lid. The jig is positioned on the outside of the lid with the circular tube opening on jig going into the opening of the lid.  No alignment needed. Cuts the opening to align perfectly with sparrowhawk's adapter for the Polydryer.

To make it easier for my 1/4 trim router bit to remove material, some material was removed before i applied the final cut with the router. The gasket from SparrowHawk @SparrowHawk_421862 was used to line the opening of the cut for a perfect tolerance fit for the hex. cap.

I used a trim router positioned upside down and supported in a vise to make the cut. This position was easier for me.

The rectangular cut-out in the jig was made to save on material. I printed in PETG for more strength, but I suppose PLA would work. I printed with normal settings (.2mm and 15% infill), no supports or brim needed.
