Print & Material Recommendations
To ensure your handle survives the seasons, follow these parameters:
Material: ASA is highly recommended for its excellent UV stability and weather resistance. PETG is a suitable alternative.
Note: Avoid PLA, as it will soften and warp in direct summer sunlight.
Perimeters: 4 walls (for a solid, durable structure).
Infill: 25–40% (Gyroid).
Supports: Not needed if your printer can handle basic bridging.
Installation Tip: Reuse your existing screws, but ensure they are seated firmly in the countersunk holes to maintain the low-profile look.
