Don’t throw away your broken clamps! This is a heavy-duty replacement jaw for the Powerfix Profi+ one-handed clamps (commonly sold at Lidl), though it is designed to be compatible with many similar "budget" quick-grip clamps found at hardware stores.
This model is a direct drop-in replacement. It is designed to reuse all your original hardware, including:
The original mounting screw and nut.
The original red rubber protective pad.
Print Settings
To ensure the part can handle the clamping force without delaminating, I recommend the following "overbuilt" settings:
Material: ABS or ASA (recommended for strength and slight flexibility). PETG is a good secondary choice.
Wall Loops: 6 (Essential for structural integrity around the bolt hole).
Infill: 50% (Gyroid or Cubic recommended).
Layer Height: 0.16mm (Provides better surface area for layer adhesion).
Supports: Yes (Required for the internal nut housing and overhangs).
Orientation: Print on its side for maximum strength (avoids the clamping force pulling against layer lines).
