This is a simple model for the Ikea TERITAL desk lamp. It helps with screwing down the base of the lamp when you lose the original thumbnut. I made these holes on the corners of the hexagon to help with fitment, even with poor dimensional accuracy. I highly recommend placing it with rounf cutout to the top so it won't fall
