Gotek Floppy Emulator – Expansion Slot Card Bracket Mount
A custom bracket to mount a Gotek floppy emulator in a standard expansion card slot. There is an existing design on Printables, but it didn't integrate the display, the buttons were hard to reach, the top edge wasn't proper slot-card spec (making neighboring GPU installation difficult), and it doesn't fit Gotek revisions with a larger capacitor near the PCB edge.
Features:
Integrated segment display – press-fit into the cutout, no glue or screws needed.
PCB mounted flipped compared to the other Printables design, so the display sits neatly in the recessed area below.
Buttons on top – easy to reach blindly.
Components shifted as high as possible, leaving clearance for IDE cable and PS/2 mouse connector without blocking any ISA or PCI slots.
Clean slot bracket that sits flush.
No extra hardware – print, bend the LED forward, slide the PCB in, and secure with the three original Gotek screws.
Small supports are required for printing.
