A modern recreation of the iconic 1983 Deluxe Uno card tray. This design holds the standard 108-card deck and eliminates the need for support structures while printing.

Design Notes
This is a functional redesign of the original 1983 model. The geometry was optimized for FDM printing on a Prusa Core1+ (250 x 220 x 270 mm build volume). The variable layer height strategy was used to balance print time with the aesthetic finish of the tray's curves.
No assembly required. Print and go.

Ensure bed adhesion is sufficient for the base footprint.
Standard PLA settings work well; no heated chamber required.
