Print it upside down. It needs no supports, only a brim and some sanding (probably). I used a 0.4mm nozzle so the fins on the inside are 0.8 mm wide.
As I only had sparkling black filament I spray painted and lacquered them so they got rounded out on the top but all in all they're quite similar, as you can see in the picture (1-2 are printed, 3 is original)
