This is a pretty full featured over-the-door hook designed for hanging clothes, bags, or towels. The aesthetic focus of this model is the "Basket" surface texture, which was generated using the CNC Kitchen Bump Mesh tool.
Works well for 35mm approximate width doors (or roughly 1 3/8") -
Standard Interior Doors (1 3/8" or ~35mm): This is the ideal fit. Most standard residential interior doors (bedrooms, bathrooms, closets) in the US are exactly 1.375" thick. This hook will slide on with a precise, glove-like fit.
Thin Utility Doors (1 1/8" to 1 1/4"): The hook will work well but will have a slight gap (about 3–6mm). If you find you want that gap fixed, adding a small piece of thin rubber, foam tape, scrap cardboard, or a felt pad to the inside of the hook to prevent it from moving.
Scaling up or down in slicer and printing only a handful of layers first to test fit can work well if you're unsure about measurements.
Using the Bump Mesh process, the texture is baked into the model to provide a tactile finish that goes beyond standard slicer patterns. This design is optimized for interior doors and is best printed with a higher wall / shell count (5+) to ensure the hook remains durable under the weight of heavy garments.
