This piece fits in place tightly with a m3x8mm screw and holds the braided sleeving with a small zip-tie.
Print in PETG/ABS/ASA. Use 40%+ of infill and 4 walls for high rigidity.
FYI i used 1/4inch PET expandable braided sleeving but it was a tight fit.
