The buttons from my Opel keyfob broke, so I made this replacement using TPU + PLA for the inserts.

Instructions:
Remove all remaining rubber from the keypad and clean it as much as possible, until it is like in the second photo.
Print the body (
opel_keyfob_body.stl) in soft TPU. You can use two colors to better highlight each key function.Print the inserts (
opel_keyfob_inserts.stl) in a hard material like PLA.Place the two inserts inside the holes on the back of the body. These need to be made using a hard material to ease pressing on the keyfob switches soldered to the PCB.
Glue the body to the keyfob. I used two sided adhesive tape of the same type used to glue phone screens.
