I got an Aoostar R7 that had its body stripped so I needed to design a new one. It is recommended to print the inner rails in PETG and the outer shell in really anything thats fairly stiff like PLA or Styrenes. Use at minimum 4 walls on the inner rails and 6 on the outer. Infill can be lower at 30-40% but the outer shell you want to some heft to it.
