Print with a UV and chemical resistant filament. I used PETG.
Press in an M4 square-nut and clamp with M4x10mm or M4x15mm Socket Head Cap Screw or Button Head Screw. I used Stainless Steel for both screw and nut.
To install, remove one wheel, slide the axle through the frame and gearbox, and install collars.
