this mount is designed for the rally bar on the Kawasaki 500 2026 (14mm). The original mount from accooi is far to big.

This mount is designed for the 14mm rally bar on the 2026 Kawasaki 500 because the original Accooi mount is far too big. The design leaves enough clearance for protective tape around the bar to prevent damage. Print this model without supports using PETG or a stronger material. You will need M3 bolts and nuts to assemble the two halves, and an M4 bolt with a locknut to mount it to the C3 bracket.
