Print at 40% infill.
PLA is fine, I printed mine in ABS
Mounts well to 3030, 3060 aluminum extrusion.
You can stretch it to make it fit 4040 or 4080. I'll try uploading that version as well, when I get a chance.
The screw holes work for many different types of power/surge strips, but you may need to take them into CAD and move them to fit your correctly.
Print two of them and screw them on with M8 bolts and T nuts.
If your power strip only has a single row of holes for mounting, cut off one mount point, or edit in CAD. I can load a set like that soon as well.
