This is a bracket for Husqvarna and KTM bikes 2017 to 2023 250-500cc, to relocate the key behind the headlight mask so that the key doesn't interfere with hand guards or get full of mud. It uses the signal light through bolt to attach it and it shouldn't require any cutting and works with aftermarket led signal lights.
