Adapter for Bosch PEX300 and PEX400 orbital sander. Tight fit, might fit other Bosch sanders as well if they have the same connector.
The design is off center to achieve a larger distance of the hose to the work piece, make sure to attach the adapter accordingly.
Update: There is now also a version with a 15° angle available to increase the clearance even further
