Holes are M8, spaced 20 mm apart. Use middle for single/odd channeled profiles (4040, 12040) and use the side ones for even channeled profiles (8040).
The part fits both sides.
It is likely to also fit Sabrent 16 port USB hub and similar as it looks pretty much identical, so I suspect they use the same OEM.
