MobaPad M6 HD Back Paddle Adapter

This rail adapter is designed for the MobaPad M6 HD controllers (and may also work with some compatible controllers), making the SL and SR buttons much easier to access when the controller is detached from the console.

The adapter effectively turns the SL and SR buttons into back paddles, making them much more comfortable to use. Since the left and right controllers each have their own SL and SR buttons, you gain four additional independently mappable buttons. I've confirmed this works on the Nintendo Switch 2 and with Steam Input. (I don't own a Switch 1, so I haven't been able to test compatibility.)

Besides gaming, these extra buttons are also great as shortcuts for productivity software such as Blender, ZBrush, Photoshop, and other creative applications, where being able to press multiple buttons at the same time can significantly speed up your workflow. This was the original motivation behind designing this adapter.
