To have a bit more color and thing to look at in my Garden, I printed some windmills designed by BamBam_Design.
Since I needed to mount them on our pergola, I needed mount that would fit them well, and I wanted it to fit a 608 bearing so it would turn super good.
First design was okay and worked well, but the the bearing mount broke off so redesigned it so the bearing mount is replaceable will it ever break again.
All parts can be printed without support.
Print the backet in a way the pin hole is flat side it up.
The pin itself is best printed flat side down and with a lot of perimeter for strength.
Note: the pin has a chamfer side and a fillet side. The fillet side will go in the bearing and the chamfer side will go in the bracket.
