E27 LED Lamp Kit
A modular lamp designed around a cheap E27 renovation socket. This kit features a single base model paired with three interchangeable lampshade options.
The shades in the photos are printed with Bambu PLA Basic Beige. They measure 7cm in diameter at the top and bottom and are secured to the base by a small lip on the base. Bottom cover is secured in the same way.
Other materials you will need:
E27 Renovation Socket: Requires the style held together by two plastic side clips on the sides. Remove the socket's original plastic bottom cover, then clip the remaining socket body directly into the printed base.
Power Cord: Standard AC lamp power cord with a switch.
Light Bulb: E27 A15 LED filament bulb. Standard household bulbs are too wide to fit inside the shade. I'm using a 4W bulb.
The shades are designed to be printed with a single outer wall. Disable bridges, infill, and top and bottom layers. You should see only a single outer wall in the slicer preview. Use an inner brim if needed, as it won't mess with tolerances at the base. For base use higher wall count if light bleeds through.
Feel free to modify the base or use it as a blueprint for your own design. The shades are designed to adapt easily to other bases due to clean mesh topology at the top and bottom.
Keep in mind that filaments are not fireproof, so ensure everything is properly connected and secured!
