Fully Parametric IKEA SKÅDIS Hook Generator

A fully customizable hook system engineered for the IKEA SKÅDIS pegboard system. Whether you need a low-profile cable hanger, an angled tool hook, or a reinforced heavy-duty bracket, this parametric model allows you to tailor every dimension to your exact requirements.

This upload includes ready-to-print pre-generated STL hooks as well as the Fusion 360 parametric file (.f3d).

📦 What’s Included?

  • Pre-Generated STLs: Ready-to-print files featuring standard utility hook sizes.

  • Parametric Generator: Open the .f3d file in Fusion 360 to tweak lengths, angles, and structural supports for custom items.

🛠 How to Customize (Fusion 360)

Open the .f3d file in Fusion 360, navigate to Modify > Change Parameters, and adjust the following parameters:

🖨 Recommended Print Settings

  • Orientation: Print flat on its side so layer lines run parallel to the load path for maximum strength.

  • Wall Loops / Perimeters: 4 - 5 walls (critical for hook rigidity and hook-peg interface).

  • Infill: 25% - 40% (Gyroid or Cubic).

  • Material: PETG, ABS/ASA, or tough PLA.

  • Supports: None required when printed on its side.
