Desktop enclosure for the Raspberry Pi Zero 2W with a 2.9" e-ink display styled after digital alarm clocks. The e-ink used is a WeAct 2.9" black-white module which is SW compatible with the Waveshare 2.9 BW V2 module, supports 4 level grayscale.
Parts needed:
WeAct 2.9'' black-white e-ink display (available from Aliexpress)
Raspberry Pi Zero 2W
2x20 female header
4x M3 heat-set insert
4x M3x5 screw
Print instructions
Body:
- PLA or PETG, 0.4mm nozzle with 0.13-0.15 mm layer height. Print with the front facing down towards the build plate, no supports needed
Back panel:
- PLA or PETG, 0.4mm nozzle with 0.13-0.15 mm layer height. Print with the back facing down, use regular supports
Screen bracket 2x:
- PLA or PETG, 0.13-0.15 mm layer heights, use precise z-height
Assembly:
You'll have to create your own cable to adapt the display to the raspberry GPIO header, use the Mx1.25-8p cable supplied with the display and the 2x20 header. The wiring is copied from the waveshare 2.13 e-ink hat:
