Microsoft KC-0405 Digital Media Pro Keyboard (discontinued) back foot/elevator/riser. This is a replacement design that is more durable than the original foot. The keyboard is no longer produced, but mine still worked (except for the broken back feet, which I remedied with this design). This design is different from the original, but it still functions fine and is definitely more beefy and less likely to break.
