You have to use the top panel model with the front panel due to the locking plate design. The top plate is relieved to fit the thicker tab, which excludes my original top plate as well.
When installing the front plate, you can simply slide it downward, no need to bend anything since its retained on the X axis by the bottom tabs and top and on the Y axis with the top panel. For me, this is even more secure than the factory magnetic plate, which has generally annoyed me.
I've printed each of these models in different filament successfully, ABS, PETG, and PLA. Photos are printed in the Bambu Labs Gold PLA which I think came out looking really good.
I recommend printing them face down to match texture, just keep in mind the fragility of the rear tabs on the top panel and the locking tab on the front. I would enable supports, but there's really only the thumbscrews and a couple tabs on the top and side panel that actually use supports.
You can print it in whatever infill you want, but I've generally done 50% or 100%.
All 3 panels can be customized to add decals or extra geometry with included STEP files. The top plate has a lot of opportunity for various mounts and such.
