Easy Composites TBC2 Through-Bag Connector Square Socket Wrench

A custom 3D-printed socket tool designed to snugly fit the outer profile of the Easy Composites TBC2 Through-Bag Connector. This square-profile socket provides maximum grip and leverage to easily loosen over-tightened connectors and VC200 Quick-Release Vacuum Couplings without slipping, stripping the ribs, or scratching the anodized finish.

Print Settings

• Material: PETG (recommended for impact resistance and layer adhesion under torsional torque)

• Wall / Perimeters: 3 walls minimum (4 recommended for high stress)

• Infill: 60%

• Infill Pattern: Gyroid or Cubic (provides uniform strength against twisting forces)

• Supports: No supports needed

• Layer Height: 0.2 mm

Usage Instructions

1. Place the square socket over the top of the TBC2 Through-Bag Connector so the internal contour aligns with the outer ribs.

2. Hold the square outer body firmly with your hand (or use an adjustable wrench if extra leverage is needed) while twisting off the quick release coupling.

3. For maximum stability, you can clamp the square outer profile directly into a workbench vise to keep the tool stationary while loosening tight connectors.
