I made this moddel to hang things on the inside of my cabinet doors for small loads.

After trying, it just so happens that the IKEA SUNNERSTA container is also compatible, haven't tried the shelfs but i so believe it might be the same.
To assemble it's quite easy:
Screw the holders to the wall.
Get a 1cm diameter wood or aluminium rod. (the wood one is like 1€ for 1 meter where i live)
Insert one of the end caps.
Insert hook if wanted.
Insert the other end cap.
Slide the caps on the screw holders.
