This model builds on top of "0x2a's Baseframe for Waveshare's 7inch ESP32S3 Touchscreen"(I included the files here) to provide an alternative housing for 21CNCStudios' Project Aura Air Quality. Support the project if you like it. I am not affiliated with them.
Specifically it was designed and tested to house the following items:
The design can be securely wall mounted. It can also easily be taken off the mount and placed on a desk. It consists of 3 parts in total, two are required as the Air Mount is optional.
With the included FreeCAD files it can be modified as needed. Inside is enough free space to add additional sensors or a battery while keeping a relatively small footprint.
No special print settings required. The air mount is the only part that requires supports on the anchors. Reference the relevant .3mf file on how to reduce supports to reduce waste and clean-up work.
Everything was printed, tested and works well.
