This project is a compact, custom 3D-printable Raspberry Pi 4 touchscreen PC designed around a 10.1-inch Waveshare display. The Raspberry Pi 4 and display are integrated into a single custom enclosure, creating a clean and portable all-in-one Linux computer.

The enclosure was designed specifically to house the electronics while maintaining access to the Raspberry Pi's essential I/O ports. The rear panel includes ventilation openings to help with airflow and cooling, while the side provides access to the USB and Ethernet ports. The enclosure is secured with screws and designed as a practical assembly rather than simply a display housing.

The system runs Ubuntu, turning the Raspberry Pi into a compact desktop computer that can be used for development, electronics projects, robotics, automation, CAD-related workflows, and other maker applications.

Design Intent

The main goal of this project was to create a clean, compact, and functional Raspberry Pi computer enclosure rather than using a commercially available case. The enclosure integrates the 10.1-inch display and Raspberry Pi into a single unit while keeping the electronics accessible and providing adequate ventilation.

This model can be useful as a starting point for makers who want to build their own portable Raspberry Pi workstation, embedded computer, touchscreen controller, robotics interface, or DIY Linux PC.
