This design takes Framework's repairability philosophy and applies it to the enclosure itself: a modular, customisable case where every part can be replaced or remixed. The goal was an enclosure that is easy to remix, uses multiple materials, and safely houses the Framework 12 mainboard.
Disclaimer: I don't physically own a Framework 12 mainboard. All fittings are based on Framework's official CAD files. If you find a fit issue, please let me know, and I'll update the model.
Required hardware
60 × M3x5x4 heat-set inserts (Voron spec)
16 × M3x6 hex socket pan head screws
20 × M3x8 hex socket pan head screws
24 × M3x12 hex socket pan head screws
(optional) 4x silicone rubber feet 8mmx3mm
Printing
Filaments I used:
Extrudr DuraPro ASA - Neon Orange ( frame )
Extrudr PLA NX2 - Matte Black ( blocks and panels )
ERYONE 95A TPU - Black (damper and corner modules )
123 3D PCTG - Silver ( top and bottom module )
eSUN PLA - Matte White ( side port modules )
eSUN PLA - Orange ( stand )
Use the attached 3MF file. It contains every part in the correct orientation for support-free printing, plus the suggested print order. The profile uses 0.24 mm layers and 15% gyroid infill. Use a finer layer height if you want more detail.

Note: Print the power button panel in PETG or PCTG. PLA is too brittle for a button that gets pressed often.
Assembly
Install 24 heat-set inserts into the frame blocks.

Install 32 heat-set inserts into the main frame parts. Take care with the middle connections: use only enough force to seat the insert, and support the underside of the part with a finger if you can.

Join the left and right bottom frame parts with 2 × M3x6. Tighten gently and don't overtighten.

Join the left and right top frame parts with 2 × M3x6, again without overtightening.

Attach the blocks to the bottom frame with 8 × M3x8.

Place the mainboard on the mounting pillars and press it gently into place.

Fit the dampeners onto the top frame.

Place the top frame over the mainboard and secure it with 8 × M3x8.

Attach the top corner pieces with 8× M3x12. The top and bottom corners have slightly different geometry to match the middle pieces, so check the orientation before you fix them.

Attach the top vent module with 4 × M3x12.

Attach the port-side modules with 8 × M3x12.

Turn the frame so the mainboard fan is on your right, then attach the rear panels with 6 x M3x6. The panel with the filled top-left section goes on the left.

Turn the frame back around.
Attach the logo panel on the left side, over the mainboard fan with 3 x M3x6
Attach the power button panel over the mainboard's power button with 3 x M3x6, taking care to line up the button.
Finish the bottom in one of two ways:
Attach the bottom piece with 4× M3x12.

Attach the stand to the bottom piece with 4× M3x8, then attach the bottom piece to the frame with 4 × M3x12.

If you use the stand put 4 silicone feet into the designated place

Remixing
Want to wall-mount it? See the openGrid back panels: https://www.printables.com/model/1857862-airframe-12-opengrid-back-panels
The Fusion archive and STEP files are included to make remixing easier.
Have fun!
