DatePilot is a reusable mechanical date navigator for a printed monthly calendar. Slide the crossbar carriage across seven weekday columns, then move both side sliders to one of six week rows. The open cursor frames the selected date cell while leaving the number visible. Swap in a new printable page each month.
Designed for portrait US Letter or A4 calendar pages with a seven-column grid and up to six week rows. The editable OpenSCAD source lets you adjust cell_pitch and detent_pitch to match your calendar's grid.

Files: individual print-ready STL parts, editable OpenSCAD source, assembly reference mesh, preview image, and assembly guide. The assembly reference is not a print plate; print the separate part files and make the quantities below.
Print quantities: 1 top rail, 1 bottom rail, 4 side-track segments, 1 crossbar, 2 week sliders, 1 day cursor, 2 track couplers, 4 corner keys, 4 page clips, and 2 optional desk feet.
Hardware: 14 M3 screws and 14 M3 nuts (8 × 12 mm for corners, 4 × 10 mm for track couplers, 2 × 10 mm for the crossbar). Suggested settings: 0.20 mm layers, 4 perimeters, 15–20% infill, supports off. PETG is a good choice for the moving pawls and clips.
The CAD geometry was checked in OpenSCAD; it has not yet been physically test-printed. Please make a small slider fit check before printing the full set.
