A small, tool-free case for the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C5 and a 5x25x35 mm (502535-type) 3.7 V LiPo battery. It is designed for portable projects like trackers, scanners, sensors and wearable gadgets.

Features

  • Fits Seeed XIAO ESP32-C5 plus a 5x25x35 mm 3.7 V LiPo

  • Friction-fit plug lid closure with no screws or glue

  • The original onboard antenna sits in the lid, so no external antenna is needed

  • Available with or without a power switch

  • Mounting options: keychain ring, or Quick Clip Gen 3 base on top or on the side

  • Source files in FreeCAD and Blender

Each variant comes as a body and a lid (STL). Source files are in the Sources folder (.FCStd and .blend).

What you need

  • Seeed XIAO ESP32-C5

  • LiPo battery 5x25x35 mm, 3.7 V (check polarity matches your XIAO's battery pads before connecting)

  • Optional: Slide switch  (repurposed a 12x5 switch)

  • Optional: Quick Clip Gen 3 Buckle, printed separately from the original model

Assembly

  1. Solder the battery to the BAT pads on the XIAO (or the switch in series with the positive lead, for the switch version).

  2. Insert the board with the USB-C port aligned to the opening.

  3. Place the battery in its pocket and tuck the wires away.

  4. Press the lid on.

Print settings

  • Material: PETG

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Infill: 15–20 %

  • Supports: for keychain and quick clip version

  • Orientation: body opening up, lid flat on the bed
