I created this idea as I was doing schoolwork one day, and my phone continuously buzzed with notifications. To try to avoid becoming distracted, I decided to put my phone in another room where it was out of sight. After I realised how much this helped me, I thought of how many people struggle with this same thing, as 98% of Americans own a cellular phone and about 87% of Americans are either employed or currently in school, where phones can be a distraction. This led to the idea of the Dock Lock, a place you can put your phone that is out of sight and also recharges your phone while you work.
