First he turned himself into a pickle, funniest shit you've ever seen, now watch him get transformed into a custom shifter knob! Designed specifically as a drop-in replacement for the Thrustmaster TH8S, this model brings ultimate sci-fi flair and humor to your sim racing setup.
📦 Hardware Requirements
1x Pickle Rick Shift Knob
1x Mounting Adapter
Thrustmaster and stock fasteners (from your original unit)
1x Optional M3-0.5x8 SHCS
🖨 Printing Guide & Settings
An optimized 3MF file configured for Snapmaker Orca (tailored for the U1) is supplied. For multi-colour printing, it requires 5 colours (Green, Red, Light Blue, Black, and White), for the U1 a single pause was added to allow for a manual colour swap from red to light blue.
Multi-Colour Swap Steps
Initial Setup: Load your printer with Green, Red, Black, and White filaments to start the print.
The Pause: The provided 3MF file includes a pre-programmed pause on layer 632.
Color Swap: Once the print pauses, unload the Red filament and load your Light Blue filament. Ensure the old Red material is fully purged and the nozzle is completely clean.
Resume: Resume the print to finish out the remaining layers.
General Print Settings
Nozzle Size: 0.4 mm
Layer Height: 0.16 mm (Quality profile)
Material Recommended: PLA
Infill: 15%
Perimeters/Walls:

📄 Assembly Instructions
Remove Old Knob
Mount Adapter: Fit the adapter onto the shifter so that the flat sides of the adapter align with the flats on the shaft of the TH8S
Reinstall the screw removed in step 1 into the top of the adapter
Attach Shift Knob: Screw the Pickle Rick knob clockwise onto the adapter.
If using the optional locking screw: Align the hole on the knob with the one on the adapter. Add the M3 screw and tighten until snug, should be about 0.5mm proud of the outside of the adapter.
If not using the optional screw: Simply tighten the knob until snug.
